Maternity Leave

I’ve got some rather exciting news to announce which is that I’m expecting baby number 2 which is due at the start of May.

I’m planning to work up until the 21st March and then head off on maternity leave.  I’ve squeezed in as many courses as I can between now and then, with a few more still to add. I’m planning to return in September to run a few short ScreenSkills courses and will schedule our additional courses from October onwards.

So that means our company won’t be running any of our courses between April – September.  So up until March will be your last chance for a while to join our courses, so do sign up asap if you are interested.  I’ve also got very limited slots for one to ones until March, so get in touch soon if you are interested in booking a session.

Our longer form courses (1, 2 & 3 days) will start up again from around October 2025.  As soon as we have confirmed dates for these we’ll add them to each training page and update our training calendar, plus we’ll add them to our newsletter and social media.  We’ll keep a waiting list open for each course on the website, so if you sign up to that we will also let you know once those new dates are confirmed.

One to Ones will open again around October time and I’ll announce via social media and my newsletter when these will be available to book.

I won’t be on emails during my maternity leave, however they will be monitored by our Company Secretary, but this won’t be a frequent thing.  We may still run a few bespoke training sessions during the time I am off with our additional trainers, so do still email if you are interested in any of these services and we’ll see if we can accommodate it.

I’m obviously around until the 21st March, but after that I’ll be preparing for the onslaught that two young children will bring, with a lack of sleep and constant feeding/nappies!
