Post Production for Production Managers
Organising and overseeing post-production can be really challenging; keeping to schedule, liaising with multiple companies, making sure everything is cleared correctly and all of your release forms have been collected and are correct. Quite often as a Production Manager, you oversee the pre-production and shoots, but there may be a dedicated person who is overseeing the post-production, so you don’t get the opportunity to oversee the final part of the process.
Who is this for
This course is aimed at Production Co-ordinators and Junior Production Managers looking to take the next step in their career. As well as Production Managers who have limited post-production experience or those who want to brush up on their knowledge.
By the end of the course you will learn how to manage a post-production schedule, what needs to be cleared, the importance of release forms and what is involved from offline to delivery to keep everything running smoothly.
