Production Manager training for those working in Children’s TV

This full-time 5 day course will give experienced PCs, junior PMs and PMs working in children’s TV the knowledge needed to take the next step into Production Manager roles, or to take on more challenging projects with confidence.
The training runs as follows:

Attendance at all sessions is required so if you are currently working you may need to seek permission from your employer to attend.
There are 15 places available, and we expect demand to be high so please take time to ensure you are eligible and answer the application form as fully as possible.

Speakers
Hannah Gosney is an experienced Head of Production/Senior Production Manager. She has extensive knowledge managing post-production across a variety of scripted and unscripted genres.
Starting out as an Office Runner Hannah quickly worked her way up the ranks working on extreme sports shows and commercials to remote and hostile shoots among others, to specialise in factual, factual entertainment and natural history programmes. Credits include The Mekong River with Sue Perkins (BBC 2), Flintoff’s Road to Nowhere (Sky One), Wild Shepherdess with Kate Humble (BBC 2), Wales: Land of the Wild (BBC 2) and Veganville (BBC Three)
Throughout her career she’s been passionate about nurturing and training crew and understands the importance of best practice in the industry. With this in mind she now focuses her time on providing training for the media industry with an emphasis on those working in production. She has a Level 3 Train the Trainer qualification and is a Level 3 qualified ILM Coach & Mentor.

Alison Cresswell is the country’s leading expert on child licensing, performance, health and safety, welfare, compliance and legal guidelines. She is executive director for ACE (Children) and is “the font of all knowledge when it comes to working with under 18s”. Her company offers training in current guidelines, editorial advice on difficult projects, advice on good practice and how to get the best out of contributors. Alison has an impressive CV of work in the children's TV sector and beyond.
