  • Thursday 18th February 13:00-14:00

This course will guide you through the process of recruiting a team, contract law and how to manage a team effectively throughout the production.  It will be broken down into easy to digest sections over 3 days and will include practical examples and discussions, as well as guidance and the chance to ask questions throughout.

Who it's for

This course is aimed at those who are involved in recruiting and managing teams. Whether you are in production, have your own production company or would like to brush up on your management skills. It is suitable for both Scripted and Unscripted participants.

By the end of the course you will learn how to recruit a team and effectively manage them to help your productions run smoothly and efficiently, as well as being aware of the legal obligations we have to our crew.   You will also learn practical tools & techniques to use with your teams and will be provided with a resource pack with further information and resources.
